President's report was asked for, but not received. 

Treasurer's report was given by prepared by Nathan. Steve read the latest balances from the accounts $12563, $20K. Nathan reported $963 profit from canteen takings (noted to be low), $1300 outstanding from Coffs trip from 4 team members.
